Recurrent build up of bacteria (plaque and calculus), a high sugar intake, trauma can cause teeth to weaken and break; you may need a filling. Our ethos is prevention is always better than cure. We are here to help look after your smile. At every check-up the dentist will examine all of the teeth and recommend any treatment that is required. Sometimes this can be completed on the same day.

Root Canal Treatment

Recurrent build up of bacteria and calculus can cause holes in our teeth. If too large, it can kill the nerve in the tooth. This can cause toothache, infections and a dental abscess. We use specialized equipment to remove the nerve before placing the root canal filling. The tooth is then usually restored with a filling or a crown.
